In-Store Policy


All prices quoted are in Canadian Funds. Final checkout is always in Canadian Dollars.  


How are Exchanges handled? 

We will accept returns within 7 days of receipt. 
If within 7 days of receipt you're unhappy with your order we will honour our return policy by granting you a full refund on your order.
It is up to the customer to cover  the postage costs of the return. We strongly recommend getting a tracking number as refunds will only be issued when the item arrives to us. Please note all garments will be inspected for wear when received.
Sale of discounted items is final and can only be exchanged for a different size if we have the item in stock. Marianne Style prides itself on having a large selection of your favourite names and in order to continue offering clients the most complete collection along with numerous sizes and a competitive price. 
We're happy to special order a style for you however these are not refundable. Please note items discounted by 70% are FINAL SALE! 
All exchanges must be authorized by us – please email us at  for an authorization number.  All unauthorized exchanges will be refused upon receipt. This authorization number must be prominently displayed either on the outside label of the shipping parcel or within the shipment.

Exchanges shipped from the USA: Customers must make sure to indicate clearly "RETURN OF GOODS" and declare low value on the parcel to be exempt from custom/duty fees. Marianne Style is not responsible for any fees encountered due to the customer's failure to comply with the policy. 
Exchanges shipped from outside Canada and the U.S.A: All exchanges shipped from outside America must be shipped via the post office and NOT a private company such as UPS and FedEx. Customers must make sure to indicate a low value (under $80) on the parcel. Following this procedure will eliminate the risk of being charged any custom/duty fees. Marianne Style is not responsible for any fees encountered due to the customer's failure to comply with the policy. 

What are your shipping and handling charges? 

Shipping and handling is free for Canada and the continental United States. Shipping charges and import taxes apply to all international orders. Please contact us with your location and the items you wished shipped for an estimate.  

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Shipping in Canada can take up to 6 business days depending on the province, USA orders can take up to 10 days depending on the state and customs clearance.  All orders in Canada and the USA will be shipped via Canada Post. International orders are shipped via DHL Express with 4-6 day delivery. We're well aware that customers are eagerly waiting for their orders hence we'll do our best to accelerate the shipping delay as much as we can! In some rare occasions, the shipment might get delayed due to customs. If this occurs, please allow it a few more days. 

What should I do in case of a lost shipment? 

A lost shipment is quite rare so customers shouldn't worry about it. If a parcel happens to be lost in mail, please send us an e-mail. We'll send the claim to the postal company and they'll conduct an investigation. Once the shipment is confirmed to be missing, we'll ship the item(s) purchased once more absolutely free. 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal Express. When an order is placed on our website, your financial information is never shared with the merchant. The system we use helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. 

Will I be charged sales tax?

For Canadians, taxes appropriate to the customer’s home province will be charged. For example, in Ontario customers will be charged 13% HST.  For all other countries, the price you see is the price you pay. (Please keep in mind your countries import taxes will apply upon delivery.

Are items on the website always available?

Despite our continuing efforts in adjusting the website merchandise with our stock, there will occasionally be some items that appear on the website that are out of stock. If this occurs, a member of our team will immediately contact you via email to notify you. The client will then have the option to switch the purchased product or to get a refund. The merchandise available at is subject to change.
