Returns & Refunds (7 Days)
We will accept returns of regularly priced and sale merchandise (excluding clearance items) provided the return is postmarked within 7 days of receipt.

No restocking or processing fees will ever be charged

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected

Items must be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition

Items showing signs of wear or odors (including smoke) will not be accepted
Exchanges (14 Days)
Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, subject to availability.

Exchanges must be authorized in advance

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Replacement items will be shipped once the exchange is approved

All returns and exchanges must be authorized before shipping.

Your request must include:

Reason for return or exchange
The authorization number must be clearly visible on the exterior of the package or shipping label.
Shipments received without a visible authorization number will not be accepted.
International Returns & Exchanges
Shipments from the United States

Clearly mark the parcel as “RETURN OF GOODS”

Declare a low value on the shipment
Failure to follow these instructions may result in customs or duty fees.

Shipments from Outside Canada and the U.S.

Must be shipped via national postal service only

Private couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) are not accepted

Declare a value under $80 CAD

Clearly mark the parcel as “RETURN OF GOODS”
