HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping in Canada can take up to 6 business days depending on the province, USA orders can take up to 10 days depending on the state and customs clearance. All orders in Canada and the USA will be shipped via Canada Post. International orders are shipped via DHL Express with 4-6 day delivery. We're well aware that customers are eagerly waiting for their orders hence we'll do our best to accelerate the shipping delay as much as we can! In some rare occasions, the shipment might get delayed due to customs. If this occurs, please allow it a few more days.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF A LOST SHIPMENT?
A lost shipment is quite rare so customers shouldn't worry about it. If a parcel happens to be lost in mail, please send us an e-mail. We'll send the claim to the postal company and they'll conduct an investigation. Once the shipment is confirmed to be missing, we'll ship the item(s) purchased once more absolutely free.

Despite our continuing efforts in adjusting the website merchandise with our stock, there will occasionally be some items that appear on the website that are out of stock. If this occurs, a member of our team will immediately contact you via email to notify you. The client will then have the option to switch the purchased product or to get a refund.
