How are items priced?
All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars. Please note that prices do not include any import duties or taxes imposed by the customer’s home country.
Are the items shown online in stock and ready to ship?
YES! We believe strongly in only accepting orders for merchandise we have in hand and not for merchandise that is expected in the coming weeks. We have built a reputation of trust with our customers who know they will receive any order in a timely manner. If you see a style by a designer we carry but which is not on our website, please call or email us and we will investigate delivery dates and get back to you promptly.
Do you charge for shipping?
We are pleased to offer free shipping within Canada and the continental United States. Shipping charges and import taxes apply to all international orders. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an estimate of shipping charges. All returns sent C.O.D. will be refused.
Please allow up to 6 days for delivery within Canada and up to 10 days within the United States. All orders to Canada and the continental United States will be shipped via Canada Post. International orders are shipped via DHL Express and normally arrive within 6 days. All noted shipping times are estimates based on our experience. Delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Can I return a purchase?
We will accept returns of regularly priced and sale (not clearance – see below) merchandise if the return is postmarked within 7 days of receipt. No restocking or processing fees will ever be charged. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed when the items are received and inspected. Any items that show wear or which cannot be resold due to odors (including smoke) will not be accepted.
Special orders are not returnable. All items sold at 70% are final sale and returns will not be accepted.
All returns must be authorized. Please email info@mariannestyle for an authorization number. This number must be displayed on the shipping label or packaging. Shipments received without this number visible on the exterior will not be accepted. All return requests should include the customer’s name, order number and reason for the return.
Returns shipped from the United States: Customers must indicate clearly "RETURN OF GOODS" and declare low value on the parcel to be exempt from custom/duty fees. Marianne Style is not responsible for any fees encountered due to the customer's failure to comply with the policy.
Exchanges shipped from outside Canada and the U.S.A: All exchanges shipped from outside America must be shipped via the post office and NOT a private company such as UPS and FedEx. Customers must make sure to indicate a low value (under $80) on the parcel. This will ensure that custom/duty fees are not charged. Marianne Style is not responsible for any fees encountered due to the customer's failure to comply with the policy.
We strongly recommend securing a tracking number as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal Express. When an order is placed on our website, your financial information is never shared with the merchant. The system we use helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
Will I be charged sales tax?
For Canadians, taxes appropriate to the customer’s home province will be charged. For example, in Ontario customers will be charged 13% HST. For all other countries, the price you see is the price you pay. Please keep in mind your countries import taxes will apply upon delivery.
Are items on the website always available?
We make every attempt to ensure our online inventory is up to date. Should an error occur due to high sales volume, for example, we will react quickly and a member of our team will immediately email you. You will then have the option to switch the purchased product or to get a refund. The merchandise available at mariannestyle.com is subject to change.

We take extraordinary measures to ensure your order and information are safe and secure. We offer a secure online shopping environment - all orders are placed using a web browser that supports secure transactions. Your online order is placed using a secure transaction server that will safely encrypt your information. If you are using a browser that does not support secure transactions, you can place your order by telephone, fax, or regular mail.
Is the information I share with you private?
Marianne Style will always and thoroughly protect your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, including but not limited to you name, purchase or email information, with others. EVER.
